Light Vinyasa (40 minutes)

Emphasis on warm up and stretching, link your breath to movement as we slowly move through a series of Vinyasa sequences to build flexibility, strength and balance.

Vinyasa (50 minutes)

Focus on your core strength and endurance linking your breath to movement as we move through a series of Vinyasa sequences to build flexibility, strength and balance.

Chair Yoga (45 minutes)

Chair yoga makes yoga accessible to those with limited mobility, those who are recovering from an injury, or those who are looking to engage in a more gentle practice. If you are looking to improve your flexibility, strength, mood and concentration, while decreasing stress on your joints, this class is for you.

About your Instructor

Tina Foley

I am a long time resident of Hunterdon County, proud Mother and Grandmother! I love music and am an amateur guitarist. I have an entrepreneurial spirit and am committed to excellence and lifelong learning.

Yoga on the beach was the inspiration to begin my journey and led me to begin my practice of Ashtanga. I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training in February, 2020 at Yoga and Barre Haven, now Haven Healing Collective in High Bridge, NJ, under the guidance of a wonderful community of yogis. I hope you’ll join me on the mat.
